Order Cancellation Policy
Your order begins processing immediately after you click the Place Your Order button. To serve you best, we pick, pack, wrap, and ship your order as quickly as we can. In most cases, we do not have the ability to change or stop orders once they have been placed.
There are two options you can use instead of canceling your order.
- You may contact the Museum Shop (800-313-9553, ext. 428 or Shop@WildlifeArt.org) within 24 hours of placing your order.
- If you are present at the time of the delivery of your order, you can refuse delivery. We will refund the original cost of the merchandise.
